JMCU course delivered in Antigua and Barbuda

Between 4th-8th February 2019, SEACOP delivered a Joint Maritime Control Unit (JMCU) course in Antigua and Barbuda. At this latest event, 9 participants attended and benefited from the expertise of the trainers from the UK Border Force. Capacity-building in the Eastern Caribbean, including Antigua and Barbuda is a facet of the third phase of SEACOP. Trans regional SEACOP activity commenced in April 2016 when JMCU courses were delivered to members of National Law Enforcement agencies and this latest phase is evidence of continued supported progression.
